Hey y'all!
This week was so great! Elder Price and I went to our Zone Conference fully expecting President Ames to turn into a baptist minister preaching hellfire and brimstone, but we actually had one of the most uplifting experiences of our missions. President talked about what it means to be a full purpose missionary, how to teach by the Spirit how to better work with members, and how to preach with conviction. There was a point where President asked a brand new missionary to come up and do a role play with him. He looked so scared! The best part is that President wanted him to be a normal person for the role play, so he made him take off his name tag. That Elder was so uncomfortable. Fortunately I haven't had anything like that yet.
Elder Price and I found a new investigator this week! We're so excited, it's the first one this area has seen in a long time. We were out walking one day, and he, Ryan, had gotten out of his car. We asked if we could share a message with him about Jesus Christ, and he said yes. We spoke with him for a half hour, and asked if there was a time we could come back. His response was that we could return any night after 6. We took him up on that by showing up at 8 PM, and he welcomed us in immediately and began speaking with us; we spoke for over an hour! He's currently looking for a church, and he's super interested in what we have to share with him. We're praying that he'll start progressing quickly so that he can receive further joy in his life through Jesus Christ.
Hope y'all have a great week!

Joke of the week: I told my wife she was drawing her eyebrows too high. She looked surprised.
Scripture of the week: 2 Corinthians 9:7; Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Quote of the week: Do not pray for easier lives. Pray to be stronger men! Do not pray for tasks equal to your powers, pray for powers equal to your tasks! Then the doing of your work will not be the miracle, but you will be the miracle.
